Can I talk to them before the day?+
Yes. As soon as your booking is confirmed you can message your artist directly in Glamr — share inspo photos, plan your look, sort timing. Phone contact details are shared 2 days out.
What about my bridal party / group?+
Add each person and their service to the one booking. One payment today covers the whole group, and your artist plans the schedule so everyone's ready on time.
What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?+
Tell your artist in the chat before the day — they'll plan products around you, and you can ask for a patch test.
What if I need to cancel?+
Your deposit secures your artist's time, so it's non-refundable — but if something serious comes up, talk to us and we may credit it toward a future booking.
